Before athletes can begin training at CrossFit Pure, they must do one of the following: attend our Foundations Class, engage in 3 one-hour personal training sessions or be proficient enough in the CrossFit movements. The third option is at the discretion of the Head Coach, Chris Brown. We do this to bring people who are new to CrossFit movements up to speed with technique so that they can jump right in with regular classes afterwards. This also ensures that our athletes, when training in a class environment, can receive the most attention and training from coaches.
The Foundations Class is a total of (3) one-hour classes. The total cost is $135.
These are held each week on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 7:30pm. You must reserve your spot, everyone starts with the Monday class, and you must attend all three.
Bring a friend! Want to save on the Foundations cost? Bring a friend or as many as you want and you all will save 50% on the Foundations fee!
We understand that with inflexible schedules, not all of our athletes can attend the Foundations Class. To meet this demand, we are allowing athletes to schedule 3 personal training sessions with any of our coaches. At the end of the 3 sessions, you will be prepared to jump into regularly scheduled classes. The cost for this is $175.
If you’ve been CrossFitting for a while or have an extensive background in strength & conditioning, you may not need to enroll in our Foundations Class or personal training sessions. Speak with the Head Coach if you think that jumping into regular classes is for you.
